Do You Want to Know When You Cross Your Limits?
Do You Want to Know When You Cross Your Limits?
At first, you are aware of yourself—you know who you are and what your limits are. But suddenly, in a special moment, you do something extraordinary, and people start appreciating you. They praise your actions, not because they care deeply about you, but because they admire the moment itself. They don’t consider whether what you did was right or wrong; they simply celebrate it.
This moment of appreciation stays in your mind. It makes you feel special, as if you are the only one who is truly good at something. Encouraged by this, you push yourself further, thinking, Next time, I’ll do even better. And when you achieve more, society applauds you again, saying things like, “Wow, you’re a pro at this!”
Each time, your confidence grows. You become focused on achieving more recognition and rewards. But in this quest, you may stop thinking about what is right or wrong. Your only goal becomes doing better and receiving more praise. This is when, unknowingly, you might cross your limits.
Success is everyone’s right, but it should be achieved through hard work, honesty, and with the support of your parents. True success doesn’t require you to sacrifice your self-esteem or self-respect. Instead, it comes from staying true to your values and putting in genuine effort.
At times, when people support you, you may feel like you’re on cloud nine. Their admiration can make you feel like you’re doing great, even if you’ve crossed certain lines. However, you may not realize that the same people might gossip behind your back. So, open your eyes. Reflect on your true purpose in this world. Find your real goals and pursue success the right way—through hard work and integrity.
With Parents:
Today, it’s common for people to cross their limits with their parents. Many of us argue with them or speak back disrespectfully.
We often forget the sacrifices our parents have made for us. Have you ever thought about how your mother carried you for nine months?
How your parents worked tirelessly to meet all your needs? Your father, for example, might have worked long hours every day just to secure a bright future for you.
And yet, we often neglect their support and forget their efforts. When it comes to this sacred relationship, people usually don’t encourage crossing limits or disrespecting parents because they’ve experienced the same bond.
However, in other areas of life, society may misguide you, pushing you to compromise your values, self-esteem, or self-image.
Remember: respect your parents, stay grounded, and always strive for true success without losing your integrity.
